I have ordered from this site twice (once pre pandemic) both times there’s been problems with the delivery. Delivery is delayed or inflexible. Also the communication is misleading giving incorrect timelines then when queried they came back saying that the timeline given isn’t possible although the order confirmation quotes it. The delivery company used the first were difficult to deal with and had even worse communication. In short if you can find the item you want on another website I would avoid this company.
I returned my order and it was delivered 4 days ago I have not received my refund and I'm continuously being charged via afterpay I am being charged for this item and have not received my refund

This is the email received , i have paid with my gift card that I receive for my birthday and the rest with my credit card. They cancel my account and send me a email saying :
"We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience the cancellation of this order has caused you. All REVOLVE orders are subject to review prior to fulfillment. We work with a 3rd party to conduct the review and there are a number of factors considered in this process such as billing, shipping or payment used. As an alternative, you are welcome to place your order using a verified PayPal account, Afterpay, or Klarna. PayPal, Afterpay, and Klarna have their own order review process so it’s possible that your order would be approved when using one of those payment methods. Please do feel free to reach out to us with any additional questions or concerns you may have. Thank you kindly for your understanding and I hope you have a wonderful day today!"

I'd seen a few adverts for Revolve popping up when browsing the internet, but hadn't heard of the site before. I was nervous because of some of the poor reviews I saw on Trustpilot when I checked them out before making my purchase, but I'm glad I gave them a try. Everything was excellent, from the speed of service to the communication/updates and the accuracy of my order. The item I ordered was from a certain brand and was genuine and in immaculate condition. No complaints whatsoever and I will be back.

I ordered a pair of Dr. Martens to Germany, as that model was completely sold out here... Didn't realise they were getting shipped from the US and was nervous at first - but the shoes arrived in perfect condition, original packaging, and only 2 days after I'd ordered them, which is insane (obv not great for the environment, but I didn't realise I was ordering from the States...)!!
All in all, I am super happy, and the price I paid was actually lower than what I would have paid in any other online store, even with a discount applied. BUT, again, not that amazing flying my pair of shoes across the globe... hence the 4 stars
Purchased a pair of Hunter wellies ready for the snow and rain and they're perfect!
The style and size that I was after was out of stock everywhere but thankfully Revolve had the stock! They were inflated on the price which was a little disappointing, but I am really pleased with my purchase!
The website was easy to use and placing my order was a breeze, they arrived via courier a few days later on the expected delivery date.

First order experience was good there is a broad amount of stuff found at one place which I like.
Reason I chose this business: Just came across it and found what I needed so thought I'll give it try and order it

Every time I had to exit the browser to look up card info and addresses stored in my phone it would undo all the stuff I'd done up to that point and I had to keep redoing everything... almost said screw it and didn't get anything. That was all tho just a small annoyance not anything huge
A little frustrating when many items are not available for weeks
Didn't notify me when my size was in stock even though I put my email down for the specific size
Everytime I've been on the website I always love the selections available and always leave with something! Great timeframe to receive merchandise as well!
